RCA was formed as a company in September 1995 specifically to organise academic, medical and corporate conferences, workshops and events from start to finish. RCA uses a superior windows-based software package to manage all conferencing & events. This package has been specifically designed to plan, budget, & organize all aspects of conferencing. It manages all the delegates’, speakers & chairpersons requirements from accommodation, name tags, travel, registration fees, to receipts and confirmation letters. All income & expenditure will be tracked with detailed budgeting components throughout the event, until the accounts have been finalised.
