Robbie Cameron

Managing Director

Robbie has lived and worked in South Africa for 23 years. She worked at the University of the Witwatersrand for several years until she founded RCA in 1995. Robbie has retained close working ties with the university and RCA organises conferences for many departments and associated societies on an ongoing basis.



Angelina Masehleho

Office Assistant

Angie has worked with RCA “forever”. She does all the background work that goes towards the final solution of conferencing. Angie keeps everyone fed and watered too.



Jann Otto

Jann Otto has always loved working with people. She studied drama and English at the University of KwaZulu-Natal (Pietermaritzburg) before completing a Bed at University of South Africa. She then lectured for several years at the Johannesburg College of Education. In between having a family, she worked in television as a production secretary and then as a real estate agent. Having sold her bed & breakfast on the Eastern Cape coast, which she ran for six years, she returned to Johannesburg to rejoin RCA in 2005.



Dianne Brooks

Financial Manager

Dianne joined the RCA team in January 2005 to oversee the registration, invoicing and payment of each delegate attending the various congresses, conferences and courses. She also deals with all membership records and annual subscriptions to several societies. Dianne has become the company’s backbone.



Denise O’Callaghan

Public Relations Consultant

Denise is a whiz on all aspects press and media. She implements the media strategies and proposals for individual events.





Yolandé Oosthuizen

Yolandé completed a drama degree in 2007 at Tswane University of Technology and specialised in Teaching Practice and Directing. As she has a passion for organising she decided to pursue a career in events management.

Yolandé started working at RCA in May 2008 and is currently registered for a BA (Marketing and Communications) at University of Johannesburg.




Sonja du Pisani

Sonja joined RCA in November 2008 to assist with conference finances. She has taken over several important tasks to keep the offices running efficiently.




Nomsa Mahlangu

Nomsa completed a BComm (Accounting) Degree in 2007 at Midrand Graduate Institute. She joined RCA in January 2009. Nomsa handles the financial aspects of various workshop, courses and conferences.
